Our Fees

Standard Call-Out Fee (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm): $220 inc GST

After-Hours, Weekend & Public Holiday Call-Out Fee: $250 inc GST

Labour Rate: $120 per hour inc GST – charged in 15-minute blocks

  • 0–15 minutes: $30
  • 16–30 minutes: $60
  • 31–45 minutes: $90
  • 46–60 minutes: $120

Parts:

Parts are not included in the call-out or labour charges and will be quoted separately if required.

Return Visits for Parts:

If parts need to be ordered or collected, no additional call-out fee will be charged for return visits related to the same job.

Payment Terms:

Payment is required at the time the job is completed.
